Went out for 4 miles today, made it to 3.5. Just getting back into it again and I was worried about doing too much too soon. Really got started 3/7 with 3 miles, then 3/8 with 4 miles.

I’m averaging about 11.5 min/mile so right now, it is a little more than walking, but I’m not interested with time right now, just getting the miles down.

Today I was not feeling good until about the 3rd mile. Actually with the 3rd run this week, this was the worst. I’m not sore after any of my runs. Tomorrow I will try a slow 2 miler just get in some more miles in.
